On March 12, 2025, the Valley Industrial Association (VIA) celebrated the 9th annual Spark Awards, an event recognizing exceptional leadership, innovation, and operational excellence across industries. Since its inception in 2017, the VIA Spark Awards have evolved, and in 2019, they partnered with 30+ manufacturers and IMEC to develop the current benchmarking self-assessment tool—a program that highlights the highest-performing leaders in manufacturing and operations.
